Ingredients:
Spinach
Ham
Cheese (I chose Brie)
Butter
Bread
Method:
1. Boil water in the kettle to blanch the spinach by putting it in a big pot and adding the boiling water. Put it on a high heat, but not as high that you have to move it because it goes through the pan. 2. Toast the bread.
3. Keep checking the spinach and once it’s soft, take it out and put it in a bowl.
4. Once the toasts are ready, lay one on a plate and add some butter, then the cheese and then the ham. Add the other slice of bread.
There’s a very healthy sandwich ready for any day at anytime.
